👋🏻Say hello to Holly Kim, Passenger Services Agent at Sydney International Airport, Australia.
Holly joined Menzies in 2018, and her role focuses on assisting passengers through the airport. “I love being able to meet and assist people from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own specific needs. It really does mean that no two days are ever the same here at Menzies.”
Holly takes great pride in making a difference whilst at work, with each shift offering an opportunity to go above and beyond for passengers. “My proudest achievement at Menzies is being able to support passengers in difficult circumstances and knowing that I have made a difference to their travel experience,” Holly explained.
Holly participated in our Front of House uniform photoshoot in Sydney. Sharing her thoughts on the new style, Holly said: “It gives us the confidence and really reinforces our commitment to being a leading aviation services provider.”
