👋 Say hello to Stephan van Delft, Operational Support Manager (Freighter Handling) at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS).

📦 With responsibility for delivering high quality cargo ground handling services at AMS, Stephan’s day-to-day role incorporates overseeing team rosters, monitoring flight schedules, managing the team’s training requirements, and ensuring that the highest safety standards are always adhered to.

“I enjoy working in a dynamic, global environment where no two days are the same,” Stephan says, reflecting on life at Menzies. “I particularly value the collaboration with dedicated colleagues and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operational processes.” 💙

Stephan is especially proud of the role he played in securing the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) certification at AMS. “As a team, we worked hard to meet the strict ISAGO requirements, including a thorough review of our operational and safety procedures. This certification is testament to our unwavering commitment to safety.” 🦺

🖥️ Away from the airport, Stephan has a particular interest in IT and audiovisual technologies. He also likes to travel and discover new places.
