👋 Say hello to Jo Harrison who recently celebrated an incredible 25 years at Menzies Aviation.

From her first role as check-in agent, to setting up the self-handling operation at Luton with easyJet, Jo's journey is a testament to her tenacity, hard work and passion for the industry. Over 25 years with the business, she’s worn many hats from General Manager at Luton Airport and Key Accounts Manager, Vice President of Resource and Training to Senior Vice President, People Development & Experience. Jo's career has been shaped by diverse roles and exciting challenges, always with one goal: making a positive impact on the people around her. ðŸ’™

✨ Her favourite thing about working at Menzies? “The opportunity to make a real impact,” she says.

Among the most memorable moments she includes being involved in new station startups, being seconded back to easyJet in Madrid to set up their base, launching our fantastic Leadership programmes, and seeing our new Front of House uniform come to life in the network.

As Jo reflects on her 25-year journey, she remains as excited as ever for the future. "After 25 years, what I love most is that it still feels as fresh and exciting as it did when I first started. The opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact are endless, and that’s what keeps me engaged and passionate about what we do."

"I’ve been incredibly lucky to work alongside passionate people and have had the chance to make a difference in so many ways. My advice to those joining? Take every opportunity.
