👋🏻 Say hello to Sharon Needham, Regional Manager, Fuel Operations in Halifax, Canada.

Sharon oversees our fuel farm and into-plane (ITP) fuelling operations as well as facility and asset management across seven airports. ✈️

Passionate about aviation, Sharon enjoys the global nature of our business and “meeting coworkers from all over the world and learning about their diverse backgrounds and experiences.” Her proudest moment? Joining Menzies in 2023 as the first female leader in our Canadian business. 👏

Sharon loves working with our teams to support our airline partners: “There is nothing better than hearing how much our teams positively impact our customers.”

🏒 Outside of work, Sharon is a sports enthusiast, playing hockey, football, skiing and cycling. She is also a passionate advocate for cancer patients, as a cancer survivor herself. In 2023, she founded Hockey for Hope, a charity tournament supporting cancer patients through the QEII Foundation.
