Congratulations to JoAnn Kelleher, global winner of the Customer Focus We Are Menzies Award for building relationships with other teams and using creativity and determination to find solutions to keep customers satisfied.

JoAnn was nominated for her excellent customer service to not only Frontier passengers, but also her teammates and colleagues in other departments, “JoAnn is always friendly, ready to help and efficient. JoAnn’s commitment to travelling passengers and the rest of our team has helped to get quicker action for passengers and resulted in much greater customer satisfaction.”

Based in Denver, JoAnn moved to the USA from Canada to retire following an extensive and varied career working in biotechnology, wireless technology and finance training customers in China, Brazil, Mexico and the USA. After discovering that she wasn’t quite ready for retirement, JoAnn joined Menzies in August 2022 as a Passenger Service Agent and is currently Passenger Services Supervisor.

JoAnn shared her reaction, “I was totally shocked to win. If I can learn something new every day, I am happy!  I am honored to be awarded the We Are Menzies Awards for Customer Focus and will continue to do my best and to set a great example.”
