👋 Say hello to Lukasz Skorupa, Executive Vice President Commercial.

Heading up our global commercial teams, Lukasz is responsible for coordinating and synchronizing Menzies’ corporate commercial strategy. He is tasked with overseeing our commercial processes and identifying areas for improvement, such as key account management and use of automation to optimise our customer relationships.

Prior to his role at Menzies, Lukasz was Chief Commercial Officer of National Aviation Services (NAS) and took on this new role when the company merged in August 2022. He singles out introducing and implementing Salesforce – a world-class customer relationship management system – as his major achievement during his first year at Menzies.

Speaking about the culture at Menzies, Lukasz comments: “A complete commitment to safety is at the forefront of the Menzies culture, followed by teamwork and maintaining a dynamic working environment”. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, he says: “The great people I work with, without a doubt”.
