👋 Say hello to Katy Reid, Head of Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility, based at our offices in Edinburgh.

🌍 Katy is responsible for developing and implementing our 'All In' sustainability strategy, which is designed to drive positive change and deliver on our ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) priorities. She is also responsible for our global CSR work, corporate sustainability reporting, and elements of corporate compliance, risk, and ethical conduct.

With nearly 16 years in the Menzies Group – the last six at Menzies Aviation – Katy counts some of our most important and exciting projects over the years among her favourite moments but is most proud of our ‘All In’ sustainability plan, and how the company has committed to ambitious net zero science based targets and making contributions towards rewilding the natural world.

With attendees at COP28 recently focussing on the critical relationship between gender equality and climate action, we're proud that this strategy has diversity and inclusion at its heart, with a clear commitment to creating a truly diverse and balanced workforce.

Discussing her role, Katy says: "Everyone in Menzies is part of my team and I’m part of theirs. It is a fantastic, varied role where I can genuinely make a difference and drive positive change for Menzies and our people, and help the company deliver positive change for communities and our planet. It takes a village, so they say, and that’s true of delivering our ‘All In’ plan, but I’m proud of the part I play in making it happen.”
