👋 Say hello to Sara Teixeira, Learning Support Specialist, based at our offices in Bloomsbury, London.

After working for a medical technologies company, Sara joined us in September this year. While she may still be relatively new to Menzies, Sara has quickly become a valuable member of our Global Operations Learning team, where she is responsible for ensuring that our training programmes are kept up-to-date and aligned to our operational requirements. 👩‍🏫

Reflecting on her first few months at Menzies, Sara says: "I felt that I belonged here from the first day. My manager, team and the Risk Group were so welcoming and have given me the space to ask questions and the support to feel capable of leading my own projects. It has been an absolute pleasure to become part of this team".

Looking forward to the next stage of her career at Menzies, Sara says she will be focussed on learning more about our people and operations and honing her learning design skills so she can deliver high quality learning experiences for the wider business.
