This week we are encouraging you to think about wellbeing and get involved in our suggested activities. Get moving with great ideas for physical activity from your colleagues, try out our recommended smoothies or share your own favourite healthy recipe. Or 'take three' - and be in with the chance of winning a FitBit!

Sometimes it’s easy to forget to take a break during the working day so why not 'take three' this week!

1. Take a break – plan to take your meal break, you could even put it in your Outlook or Teams calendar to remind you!

2. Take a walk (or a run, or a bike ride or whatever) and get moving

3. Take a photo of something you see during your break – and enter it to our photo competition to win a FitBit.
