Teresa Narciso – Customer Focus

Meet Teresa Narciso, the global winner for customer focus who always goes the extra mile for customers. 🌟

Teresa was nominated for helping a group who had become lost at Lisbon Airport (LIS). The mother and grandmother of a boy unwell with cancer were travelling to Paris with Make-A-Wish to fulfil his dream of visiting Disneyland. Teresa stayed with them and comforted them until they got safely onto their flight.

Teresa, who has worked in passenger services for 28 years, shared her thoughts on winning the award, saying:

“Winning the Customer Focus award was a surprise and a genuine honour. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the effort I put into delivering the best possible service has been recognised in this way. For me, this award is a reflection not only of personal dedication, but also of the collaborative spirit and support I receive from my colleagues every day.” 💬

Joao Madeira, LIS Station Manager, added:

“When presented with her award, Teresa highlighted how it is recognition not only of her, but also of the entire Front of House team. I think this says a lot about her positive attitude towards her colleagues and is part of what makes her an important member of team Lisbon.” 🩵
