From Côte d'Ivoire to Colorado – Issouf’s journey is one of teamwork, dedication, and a passion for safety… 👏✈️

Meet Issouf Ouattara, an HSSE Supervisor in Denver, USA. Issouf joined NAS in 2019 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire and was based there until 2023 when he immigrated to the USA with his family and joined our Denver team. Since then, he’s continued to grow, learn, and make a real impact on those around him.

So, what earned Issouf these prestigious awards?

Last year, Issouf stepped up to support the San Francisco (SFO) team on a two-week assignment and impressed so much that he was asked to stay for over two months. His fuelling knowledge, commitment to safety, and positive attitude made all the difference for the local SFO team!

Reflecting on the recognition, Issouf said:

“It’s a great reminder that the effort we put in really does make a difference. But I want to emphasize that all of this was possible due to the excellent team I had around me, both here in Denver and Abidjan.” 💬
