Ali Musa and Hussein Yasser are based in Baghdad (BGW), Iraq. As part of the aircraft presentation team, they have gone on to set the standard for others to follow.

Ali and Hussein were jointly winners of the Integrity award for their high ethical standards when, whilst preparing an aircraft, they found a large sum of cash left on one of the seats.

What did they do next?

They set an example for others by embodying our integrity value and returning it to the relevant authorities promptly. 🤝

🧠 Ali provided some insight into his mindset, saying:

“My advice would be to always maintain trust with others, uphold your reputation as an individual and make yourself a valuable member of your team. I was really proud to be recognised in front of my colleagues and managers.”

Upon receiving his award, Hussein shared his thoughts:

“This is the first time in my career that I’ve received something like this award. I was surprised, but it was a very good feeling to first be nominated and then to win the award. It’s moments like these that show the importance of living our values” 💬
