Meet McKeba McAdam, a Training & Compliance Manager based in Montego Bay (MBJ), Jamaica and our Agility Values Award winner! 🌟

She joined the Jamaica team nine years ago as a Passenger Services Agent, quickly falling in love with the world of aviation. Since then, she’s worked across various areas and has tried to explore new areas of our operations to better understand how she can support her colleagues.

Throughout her Menzies journey, McKeba has never stopped pushing herself to learn more, do more, and lead from the front.

Since moving into the training department in 2022, McKeba has delivered training programmes for new starts and existing team members, as well as earning multiple certifications from IATA, including the prestigious Dangerous Goods certification.

MBJ General Manager Dunstan Pryce summed up McKeba perfectly, saying:
