👋🏻 Say hello to Hamza Sadaat, Global IT Service Desk Analyst at our first global support offices in Pakistan.

Hamza is one of our newer members of the Menzies team, having joined the business in November 2024 as part of our Global Service Desk team. He is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of IT service requests, managing operations, and supporting a range of applications including Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and more. 💻

Speaking about his first impressions of the business, he revealed: “I appreciate Menzies’ diversity, global reach and the opportunity to work with professionals from different backgrounds. It has enhanced my experience, and every day presents me with a new learning opportunity.”

He believes “Menzies is fostering a dynamic environment where innovation, teamwork and professional growth are encouraged,” and was proud to quickly begin contributing in a meaningful way, providing support to employees across the globe. 🌏

Offering advice for those also new to the company, he said: “Menzies Aviation offers a vast and dynamic learning environment. When not providing support to our global network of employees, Hamza enjoys watching documentaries and reading books. In fact, in 2025, he is committed to reading one new book every month. 📖
