๐ Say hello to Joao Paulo Amoroso, Customer Service Agent at London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR).
Covering early morning shifts, Joao helps passengers check-in and board their flight. During any one shift, he can find himself arranging special assistance, checking-in specialist sports equipment or even overseeing the paperwork required for pets to fly! ๐ถ
For Joao, it’s the inclusive culture that makes Menzies such a great place to work: “As someone who is disabled, I have always felt very well supported by my colleagues, including managers. ๐ Joao says that he’s “proud and honoured” to be one of the faces fronting our new Menzies Front of House uniform campaign. “I felt a bit awkward having my photo taken at first, but it has been wonderful to show my family and colleagues the end result,” he explains.
