👋 Say hello to Saroj Sunar Passenger Service Lead Agent at London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR).

👔 You may recognise Saroj, from our recent Menzies Front of House uniform campaign. As one of the employees chosen to be ‘the face’ of the new modern collection, Saroj says: “It has been a wonderful opportunity to be involved in something creative and exciting while showcasing the company's values and services.”

As Passenger Service Lead Agent, Saroj is responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and boarding processes. “It's a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires good communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently,” Saroj comments. ✅

💙 “The fast-paced environment and the opportunity to interact with passengers from all walks of life is what I love most about my job,” Saroj explains. “It's rewarding to help people navigate through their travel experience smoothly and to see their smiles when everything goes well.”

As for his most rewarding moment, Saroj recalls reuniting a family with their lost luggage.  “Seeing their relief and gratitude was truly heartwarming, and it made me realize the impact I can have on someone's travel experience.” 🛫
