Say Hello to Craig Austin-Greenwood, Global Operational Learning Manager, based at our HQ in Bloomsbury, London. 🏢

Leading the Global Operational Learning and Development team, Craig is responsible for ensuring that our people have the skills, knowledge and ability to operate responsibly, safely and effectively. “I could not be prouder to be part of a group that is passionate about learning, driving global standards and focused on keeping our people safe," Craig comments.

Overseeing the transformation of our corporate learning portfolio is Craig’s proudest achievement since starting his career at Menzies. He has been at the forefront of the rollout of our EMPOWER Learning Management System (LMS), making learning easier and more effective across the company.

Looking back on his 16-year career at Menzies, Craig says: “I have met the most amazing people across the world who it’s been an honour to work alongside. I am proud that my son knows that the big blue M means we are safe and that our friends are nearby.” 💙
