Nominations for the We Are Menzies Awards 2024 will open in December so it’s time to start thinking about who you’re going to nominate.
At Menzies, our values guide how we think and act every day. The We Are Menzies Awards celebrate these values and recognise colleagues around the globe who are living them every day.
There are five individual awards that are based on peer nomination and aligned to our values: safety & security, teamwork, integrity, agility and customer focus, as well as an overall Employee of the Year which will be selected from the final five.
New for 2024, we are introducing a sustainability award. You will be able to nominate individuals, teams or locations that have embraced our All In principles and embedded positive change in our business. Watch out for more details soon!
The We Are Menzies Awards also recognise the stations with the best year on year revenue and profitability increase and that demonstrate our commitment to safety with no Category A incidents in six categories: ground handling, fuel farm, ITP operation, lounge, cargo terminal and AMI branch.
