Welcome to World Wellbeing Week 2022

Life is busy and sometimes our own health and wellbeing can slip down our list of priorities. This week is World Wellbeing Week and it’s a great opportunity to pause, think about your wellbeing, and get involved with our wellbeing-boosting activities. This year, our three key themes for Wellbeing Week are:

Connect with colleagues

  • Say thank you to a colleague who has helped, inspired or supported you. Create an appreciation board in your break room or download an e-card to send a note of thanks.
  • Spend time with new or existing work friends this week. Find tips on how to start conversations and keep them going.

Move with Menzies

  • Get active at home, with friends or family, or with your team at work. We've suggested some ideas but feel free to get creative and come up with your own.
  • Share how you got moving to be in with a chance of winning a Move with Menzies Health Hamper! To enter, take a picture showing how you took part with colleagues, family or friends and send it to wellbeing@menziesaviation.com
