👋🏻 Say hello to E Q Chan, Uniform Coordinator – OSEA based in Sydney (SYD), Australia. 

E Q joined Menzies in 2023 as a Passenger with Reduced Mobility (PRM) Agent before progressing to Passenger Service Officer. In July last year, she took on a new challenge as Uniform Coordinator, helping to lead the rollout of our new Front of House uniform across the region.🌏

One of her proudest moments was organising the uniform launch event in Sydney.

“I am so proud to have played a part in it,” E Q said. “We added thoughtful touches like international food – a nod to our diversity – and branded gifts that supported our Front of House teams. We even created an event mascot!” 

Her role has since expanded to include managing our employee communications app – UKG Pro. As admin, E Q brings a fresh perspective and creative flair to her work.📲

“To me, the app is more than a space to share updates – it’s a way to share positive stories and highlight our company values.” 

Outside of work, E Q loves escaping the city with her husband and two huskies, Lumi and Eva.🐕🐕

“We love soaking up the sunshine – or even the occasional rain shower – as a way to recharge in nature.”
