👋 Say hello to Saasi Annet, Employee Relations Officer at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), Uganda.

Saasi plays a key role in supporting our people, from recruitment and performance, to wellbeing, reward, recognition, and compliance.

✨ A career highlight for Saasi was organising the first-ever Girls in Aviation event – inspiring young girls to consider aviation as a career. She’s also driven multiple wellbeing programmes at her station including “Move with Menzies” and “Let’s talk wellbeing”.

Her most memorable moment? Winning the station’s first-ever GOMAD Award during MORSE Week in April 2023 – recognised for going above and beyond to support employee health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Saasi enjoys time with her family – her greatest source of joy and balance.
