👋 Say hello to Zeinab Hage-Ali, Passenger Service Agent at Sydney International Airport (SYD).
Having joined the team in 2017, Zeinab mainly helps United Airlines passengers check-in and board their flight, putting her communication, time management and teamwork skills into practice. She quickly adapts to the changing demands of the busy airport environment and finds creative solutions to address challenges.
For Zeinab, it’s the opportunities for development that makes Menzies such a great place to work: "Working at Menzies has accelerated key areas of my own personal growth such as my resilience in dealing with setbacks and finding creative solutions with problem solving techniques." 💙
Zeinab’s proudest achievement at Menzies was winning the United One award for customer service. “It felt nice to have my work recognised by the management of our partner airline” Zeinab recalled.
As one of the first to wear our new Front of House uniform in Sydney, Zeinab shared her thoughts on the refreshed look: “It is very encouraging that the uniform design is adaptable to different body types, genders, and cultural needs. It is the perfect balance between professional and comfortable.”
