👋🏻 Say hello to Tabitha Rooks, Passenger Services Officer at Sydney International Airport, Australia.

Tabitha joined the team in 2023 and works primarily with our customers, United Airlines and British Airways to support passengers during the check-in and boarding process.

Working with the public on a daily basis, Tabitha has learned that patience is key in being able to meet the needs of traveling passengers whilst working in a busy airport. “No day is ever the same, and I love the demands of the airport environment. When it comes to serving passengers, my advice to anyone would be that simply asking, 'Are you okay?' can often go a long way," Tabitha says.

Earlier this year, Tabitha was one of the colleagues who had the opportunity to model our refreshed Front of House uniform during the launch event for Sydney. Sharing her thoughts on the updated look, Tabitha revealed, “the design is smart, refreshing and modern. It compliments everyone who wears it and inspires confidence.”

Tabitha has set a great example for others in the short time that she has been with Menzies, committing to her role and getting involved in exciting projects.
