Emiley joined Menzies just a year after graduating, working as a Group Reporting Analyst, where she had the opportunity to connect with different people across the business, gaining valuable insights into the company, and developing new skills by observing and learning from others. 🧠

In February 2025, she began a six-month secondment as a Senior Finance Analyst moving from Edinburgh, Scotland to Dallas, Texas.

“I’m really enjoying being closer to the operational side of the business and understanding how it translates into financial outcomes for the region.”

She became a chartered accountant in 2024, which was a huge personal and professional milestone.
