👋🏻 Say hello to Yacintha Pex, Health, Safety and Quality Officer at Amsterdam Schiphol.

Yacintha re-joined Menzies in November 2024 to manage inspections and risk assessments for our ground and freighter handling teams. She is also responsible for creating local Risk Reduction Action plans and oversees our ISAGO gap analysis and audits.

Having worked as a Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) specialist for Menzies over a decade ago, Yacintha has also worked with Air France KLM, Schiphol Group and the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Speaking about her return to Menzies, she said: “I have a lot of experience in aviation, both in the air and on the ground. Menzies was always one of the nicest employers and teams to work with, I’m thankful to feel valued and have received a warm welcome.” 💙

A standout moment since her return? Spending the day with our ground crews and experiencing a pushback. “I might consider a career switch. I have done and seen a lot, but this was so magical.”

In addition to her passion for aviation, Yacintha is also a health coach and yoga instructor, and organises her own yoga retreats. She is also an avid cook and baker. 🧘🏼‍♂️
