Alex manages our HR Information System (HRIS), Empower, handling system configurations, new HR technology solutions, and ensuring data integrity and functionality.

What does Alex enjoy most about Menzies?

“I’m encouraged to be creative and solve problems that directly impact our people and processes. It’s rewarding to know that I’m helping the company function more efficiently, supporting both employees and the broader business.”

Alex led our recent HRIS system implementation across 60 countries, improving employee data management.

“It was a complex project, but we streamlined processes, reduced errors, and created a more user-friendly system.”

Outside of work, Alex loves hiking and walking in nature with his dog, Ralph. He also keeps up to date on technology and leadership theories.

His advice for future team members?

“Ask questions and seek opportunities to learn, as the more you connect with others, the more you’ll grow within the company."
