👋 Say hello to Andrew Hosek, Training & Compliance Manager at Montréal Trudeau International Airport.

Andrew joined Menzies in 2023 and quickly became a key player in our regional training team, responsible for overseeing all new employee training across our ground handling operations. He also supports our cargo division and provides assistance to other stations.

His favourite part of the job? Collaborating with colleagues from around the globe.

“Working with Craig Austin-Greenwood's GOLD team as well as the Americas’ regional training team has given me the chance to experience the industry through many different lenses.”

A standout achievement for Andrew was leading the pilot project for the Empower Learning Management System (LMS) at YUL, making it the first station in the Americas to implement the platform.

When he’s not at the airport, Andrew enjoys cooking, gaming, and spending quality time with his family. His advice to anyone new to aviation? “Rome wasn’t built in a day. Every day brings something new, and at Menzies, the sky is truly the limit.”
