👋 Say hello to Talat Khan, Operations Supervisor at London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR).

🎂 Talat, this month marks an extraordinary 40 years in the aviation industry. Looking back on his four decades, Talat reflects: “I’ve witnessed some extraordinary changes at Heathrow over the years, but the camaraderie and sense of teamwork is the same as it was way back in 1984.”

At Menzies Aviation, Talat is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the operations department. This involves implementing the very highest safety and security standards, upholding the company’s working practices and allocating staff duties. “Every day is unique, and it’s the constant variety that makes the job exciting,” Talat comments. ✅

⚽ Outside of work, Talat enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown-up children, playing and watching sports and walking. More recently, he has started to volunteer in his community; something he find immensely rewarding.
