Congratulations to the team in Naples, Italy for winning the Lounge of the Year for the second year in a row!

The team of almost 30 colleagues host 250,000 passengers each year, with an average of 1,000 each day between May & October.

Giovanna Perucatti, Lounges & Business Development Manager shared more about the team’s achievements, “We launched the Meet & Assist service in May 2023, right in the middle of our peak season. The highlight of the year was realising we had done an excellent job not only offering an additional service for passengers but also increasing revenue.

“Our greatest strength as a team is always trying to find the best solution as quickly as possible. It’s easy to get caught up in day-to-day tasks and forget to stop and celebrate our achievements so receiving the award is an incredibly thrilling experience.”
