Congratulations to the Budapest cargo team, for winning the Cargo Terminal of the Year.

In a year filled with achievements, the 100+ team members handled a record number of tonnes, marking a significant milestone for the team. As well as securing a significant cargo handling contract with Sichuan Airlines, the team introduced an AI driven camera on forklifts to enhance safety measures and expanded their warehouse space to meet the continuous growth in Budapest.

Tibor Fazekas, General Manager Cargo Budapest shared his thoughts on the award, “We are proud of our team because without their hard work and dedication, we couldn't have achieved this prestigious award. It is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing the best customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards in our operations. This win holds special significance as it marks the second time we have received this award, with the first one being in 2021.”

“Our goals for 2024 include striving for zero incidents, increasing our handled tons, and optimizing our workflow even further. These objectives reflect our commitment to safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.”
