Thank you to everyone who has nominated a deserving colleague for a We Are Menzies Award. Here's everything you need to know before nominations close on Friday 2 February.

What are the categories?
There are five individual awards that are based on peer nomination and aligned to our values:

• Safety & Security
• Teamwork
• Integrity
• Agility
• Customer focus

From the final five, we will select our overall Employee of the Year.

We have also introduced a new sustainability award category this year to celebrate the contributions made by individuals, teams, and stations that have embraced our All In principles and embedded positive change in the business.

How do I nominate someone?
You can celebrate the contribution of a colleague who you believe lives our values every day, by completing the nomination form which is available in multiple languages:

• Nominate in English, العربية, Čeština, Español, Français, Magyar, Nederlands, Português, Română, اُردو, and 中文（简体)
• Nominate in كِسوَحِيلِ (Kiswahili)

Remember to provide as much information as possible to support your nomination and include examples of how your colleagues demonstrate our values.

Prizes!
Global winners will receive $750, with the Employee of the Year receiving $1,250. Anyone who submits a nomination will be entered into a raffle with a chance of winning one of twenty gift cards. So, there are lots of reasons to get nominating!

The deadline for nominations is Friday 2 February 2024 and winners will be announced in April.
