Following the success of the We Are Menzies Awards 2023, nominations are now open for the 2024 awards!

At Menzies, our values guide how we think and act every day. The We Are Menzies Awards celebrate these values and recognise colleagues around the globe who are living them every day.

There are five individual awards that are based on peer nomination and aligned to our values: safety & security, teamwork, integrity, agility and customer focus, as well as an overall Employee of the Year which will be selected from the final five.

We have also introduced a new sustainability award category this year to celebrate the contributions made by individuals, teams, and stations that have embraced our All In principles and embedded positive change in the business.

You can celebrate the contribution of a colleague who you believe lives our values every day, simply by completing the nomination form which is available in multiple languages:

• Nominate in English, العربية, Čeština, Español, Français, Magyar, Nederlands, Português, Română, اُردو, and 中文（简体)
• Nominate in كِسوَحِيلِ (Kiswahili)

Global winners will receive $750, with the Employee of the Year receiving $1,250. Anyone who submits a nomination will be entered into a raffle with a chance of winning one of twenty gift cards. So, there are lots of reasons to get nominating!

The deadline for nominations is Friday 3 February 2024 and winners will be announced in April.
