When the We Are Menzies awards open next week, there will be a brand new category alongside our values – sustainability. We want your nominations for individuals, teams or stations that have embraced our All In principles and embedded positive changes across our business.

Areas we focus on include community engagement, environment and reducing impacts on climate change, waste removal, reduction and recycling, creating sustainable aviation services and choosing more sustainable products and suppliers, human rights and fair labour, creating equity and inclusion for all, youth engagement, allyship, acting responsibly and ethically in all business relationships, and making sustainability part of everything we do, every day.

Our top All In sustainability goals are:

• Reaching net zero CO2e emissions by 2045
• 25% electric GSE globally by 2025
• 15% paper reduction in 2023
• 25% senior female leadership by 2025
• 1% of our global population recruited from refugees by 2026
• 100% of our suppliers to be assessed for modern slavery risk
• Implementing IATA IEnvA standard – industry specific replacement for ISO14001 in 2024
