๐ Say hello to Ancuta Teodorescu, Service Delivery Manager at Iaศi International Airport (IAS) in Romania.
Ancuta joined Menzies Aviation as a Passenger Service Agent over eight years ago and has since been promoted to Service Delivery Manager. In her day-to-day role, Ancuta is responsible for ensuring that the quality of service provided by Menzies meets a high standard.
Reflecting on her favourite moments at Menzies, Ancuta says: “There’s a real sense of anticipation watching the sun rise over aircrafts on the ramp at the start of the day. Equally, at the end of the day, there is a satisfaction to working hard as a team to ensure the safe and timely departure of a day’s flights.” ๐
With IAS being located right on the border with Moldova, Ancuta’s recounts her most memorable period at Menzies, helping refugees cross the border into Romania. “Things changed overnight, it was truly humbling to welcome refugees into Romania.” ๐
Outside of work, Ancuta unwinds by visiting new places and going on mountain hikes. โฐ
