👋Say hello to Mark Davison, Ramp Agent at Heathrow Airport (LHR) in London.

Mark joined Menzies in November 2023 and is responsible for safely and efficiently ensuring that baggage is loaded and unloaded from the aircraft. This includes operating high loaders, driving belt loaders and transporting items to baggage reclaim carousels. 🛄

Speaking about his experience at Menzies, Mark said: “Every day presents a new challenge because I’m constantly learning new things and given different tasks to do.” Having completed his initial training, Mark is being trained on how to complete a pushback, which will enable him to push an aircraft away from its parked position.

Mark strives to deliver the very best at every opportunity as he explains, “Whether it’s getting baggage to passengers on time or ensuring that a plane is ready to take-off as planned, it’s enormously satisfying to work as part of a team to complete tasks to a high standard.” ✅

Outside of work, Mark enjoys walking his dog, Millie, photography and DIY, having recently renovated his garden and shed.
