👋Say hello to Lucy Wathima, Cargo Supervisor, at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO)
Three years in, Lucy has quickly learnt that the sky’s the limit at Menzies Aviation! Starting as an outsourced cargo agent, within just 12 months she moved to an insourced role working on our freighter operations. During this time, she was certified as an internal trainer, where she was part of the pilot team that rolled out our new internal training schemes. She has since taken on the role of Cargo Supervisor where she plays a critical role guiding cargo teams and ensuring exceptional customer service and cargo delivery. 📦
