👋Say hello to Lisa Merkey, Passenger Manager, at Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI)

Lisa credits the variety of her job as being one of the things she enjoys most about working at Menzies. Having spent more than 40 years at the company, she says “no two flights are ever the same” and that “each day presents an opportunity to learn something new, or to apply knowledge from a previous experience.”

Among her most memorable experiences at Menzies, her star-studded encounter handling a flight for rock band, U2 is among the most unforgettable. It resulted in a personal meet and greet with Bono who “took the time to say hello to everyone, thanking the employees for handling his flight.”

Most importantly, Lisa believes it is the people that make Menzies so special: “I know that all situations, good or bad, will be handled with a TEAM effort.” 🥰
