👋Say hello to Rami Al Haddad, our Chief Information Officer (CIO).
As part of our Extended Executive Management Team, Rami is tasked with managing a range of complex processes and projects, helping to spearhead change, mitigate risks and lead our teams to success.
Speaking about the future, Rami said: “I am very excited about our global digitalisation and innovation initiatives, which include ramp operations, passenger experience, and employee services. In addition to improving our customer and employee experience, these initiatives will bring great efficiencies to our operations, and will support our sustainability programmes.”
