The Menzies team in Cyprus received some excellent feedback from airport staff recently, following their involvement with a special charter flight bringing sick children to Cyprus from overseas hospitals for a holiday.

The group of 100 young people, all undergoing treatment for cancer, arrived in Larnaca on 20 June. The operation required special attention to make sure that the young people and their escorts were well looked after. Menzies provided PRM (persons with reduced mobility) services.

A team of suppliers worked together to guarantee the safe arrival (and departure) of the charter flight and Menzies was thanked specifically for “professionalism, effort and support” in processing this special group of passengers.
