Not sure what Forms is or how and when to use it? Read on…

What is Forms?
Forms is an online tool that’s perfect for data gathering. You can share a Form with colleagues to collect information – for example to manage registrations for an event, seek confirmation that a process has been completed or run a team quiz!

It is important that data, especially if it includes personal information, is properly and safely stored and managed. Make sure you have read and understood our Information Security and Data Protection policies before you start using Forms.

Everyone has access to Forms, simply go to  forms.office.com and sign in with your @johnmenzies.aero account to get started.

How do I get started?
Follow the step-by-step instructions to set up a Form.

Why should I use Forms?

  1. It’s secure. Other data gathering tools you may have used in the past, like SurveyMonkey, are not secure.
  2. You can collaborate with others in creating your Form.
  3. The data you gather is presented in an easy-to-use excel spreadsheet, making it easy to analyse.
