The days of week align with M.O.R.S.E and for each day there is a toolkit. You are welcome to use the toolkits to help you plan the activities during the week or if you want to complete your own initiatives that’s fine.

Back by popular demand is the MORSE Week video competition. The videos should be no longer than 60 seconds and there will be 5 prizes of £200 across our regions for the best videos.

Get the brains ticking in the team and host the ‘The MORSE Challenge’ Unlock the Code.
Aternatively, why not hold a town hall (or Q&A) meeting and discuss the MORSE code, the Golden rules or the Stop Work Authority...
Day 3
Responsibly
Join our largest Hazard Hunt on day three. Everyone across the network can get involved by looking for hazards in your respective working environment (that goes for terminal or office colleagues) and reporting them.

Safely
Do our colleagues really feel empowered to exercise their stop work authority?
A truly safe workplace will only exist if all colleagues accept responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.

Effectively
On our final day it’s time to ‘check in’ on the team. A wellbeing focus during MORSE events has been very popular in recent years as we know this is a particular area that many struggle with, especially during and since the covid pandemic.
