👋 Say hello to Dagmara Sobczak, Cargo Terminal Manager at Brisbane Airport (BNE).

📦 Responsible for delivering high quality, safe and compliant cargo services, Dagmara has steadily worked her way up the career ladder since joining Menzies 12 years ago. “No matter who you are or where you come from, if you have passion and dedication, Menzies will support you and encourage you to fulfil your potential,” she explains.

Looking back on her 12 years at Menzies, Dagmara has been particularly proud to witness several members of her team scoop a series of prestigious ‘We Are Menzies’ awards. “It’s an honour to be able to watch my team learn, grow, excel and be successful in their work,” Dagmara says. 🏆

Asked to choose her most memorable moment from the past 12 years, Dagmara names being asked to spend eight weeks in the Czech Republic, where she helped to oversee a management transition. “It was a pivotal moment in my career where I was able to test my skills, experience, endurance, and push beyond my comfort zone,” she recalls.
