The We Are Menzies Awards are back and nominations are now open!

At Menzies, our values guide how we think and act every day. The We Are Menzies Awards celebrate these values and recognise colleagues around the globe who are living them every day.

Who are you going to nominate?

There are six individual awards, with each aligned to one of our core values: safety & security, teamwork, integrity, agility, customer focus and sustainability. These awards are based on peer nominations, which is where you come in!

Celebrate the contribution of a colleague who you believe lives our values every day, simply by completing the nomination form which is available in multiple languages – all the links are below.

Remember to provide as much information as possible to support your nomination, such as specific events or customer feedback. For inspiration, read the winners’ stories from 2024.

The rewards

Global winners will receive $750, with the Employee of the Year receiving $1,250. Anyone who submits a nomination will be entered into a raffle with a chance of winning one of 20 gift cards. So, there are lots of reasons to get nominating!

The deadline for nominations is Friday 31 January 2025 and winners will be announced in April. You can read the terms and conditions on We Are Menzies .
