Celebrating women driving success

Almost half – 49% - of the Frontier Airlines business unit in Denver are female and for International Women’s Day they celebrated that with women driving success in all aspects of the operation.
The team has 100% female managers in customer service, 82% of customer service supervisors are women and 63% of operations are also female.
Yesterday, we celebrated our diverse group of employees. When we announced an all-women crew for one of our flights we received a crescendo of applause and cheers from customers!
