Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate a colleague for a We Are Menzies Award. When the nominations closed we had 2,700 – more than double the amount in 2022!

Nominations increased in every category and the final numbers were:

• Safety & Security: 440
• Teamwork: 1,378
• Integrity: 336
• Agility: 244
• Customer Focus: 317

What happens next?
Our regional judging panels are working hard to choose their regional shortlist for each value and we will be sharing them next week. Those shortlisted will then be considered for the global awards, to be announced in April.

As a reminder, there are five individual awards that are based on peer nomination and aligned to our values: safety & security, teamwork, integrity, agility and customer focus, as well as an overall Employee of the Year which will be selected from the final five.
