The We Are Menzies Awards are taking off for 2023. It’s time to get involved and get nominating.

At Menzies, our values guide how we think and act every day. The We Are Menzies Awards celebrate these values and recognise colleagues around the globe who are living them every day.

Nominations are open until Friday 3 February 2023 and winners will be announced in April.

There are five individual awards that are based on peer nomination and aligned to our values: safety & security, teamwork, integrity, agility and customer focus, as well as an overall Employee of the Year which will be selected from the final five.

Global winners will receive $750, with the Employee of the Year receiving $1,250. Anyone who submits a nomination will be entered into a raffle with a chance of winning one of twenty gift cards. So, there are lots of reasons to get nominating!
