Congratulations to our Lounge of the Year – Sphinx (SPX), Egypt!🎉

The team at SPX is small but mighty.💪

Made up of around 20 colleagues, they provided lounge and meet and assist services to approximately 41,300 passengers in 2024.✈️

Commenting on their continued growth, manager of our SPX team, Menna Samir said:

“When I transitioned to Sphinx Airport, we were welcoming approximately 12,050 passengers. Today, that number has grown over 300% - and I believe this growth reflects our dedication to service quality and customer satisfaction. These remain our top priority.”

Ahab Elaziz, General Manager – Egypt, added:

“Effective leadership involves motivating employees to achieve the company's goals, communicating well with the team and making important decisions at the right time. Employees, not just at SPX, but also across Egypt have been trained to use these skills when working with their teams – they are the next generation of leaders.”
