We’re incredibly proud to celebrate the winners of the inaugural Aviation Heroes event, which recognised five of our very own ramp heroes.

Among the standout moments, Craig Potter from Glasgow was awarded the 2025 Superhero Award – for jumping in and saving the life of an airline pilot who began choking.

He was recognised alongside his Menzies colleagues, including:

✨Jonathan Morris for his exceptional contribution to the safety of colleagues
✨Francessca Aspell for supporting colleagues and delivering operational excellence
✨Charlie Hurley for outstanding performance by a colleague new to the aviation industry
✨Nick Percival who received a special lifetime achievement award for his outstanding service to Aviation
