Menzies meets IATA’s 25by2025 target

Ahead of this year’s International Women’s Day, we’re proud to announce we’ve successfully achieved our goal of 25% of women in senior leadership roles.
As a signatory of International Air Transport Association (IATA)'s 25by2025 initiative, reaching this goal is a major milestone on our commitment to advancing gender diversity and inclusion in the aviation services industry.
But we’re not stopping here, we remain dedicated to fostering an environment where every employee can thrive and lead at every level.
- Met our target of 25% women in senior leadership roles
- Making progress against our target of 40% women in mid-leadership roles by 2033 – reaching 29%
- Recruit refugees equivalent to 1% of our global workforce by 2026.
From strong leadership role models, employee engagement, and a focus on diversity in our planning, we’re excited to help build a future where our leadership community truly reflects the diversity of our workforce and the communities, we operate in.
