This transformative journey aims to empower participants to harness their strengths, understand their weaknesses, and align their values for personal and professional growth. 🌱

Lauren Hoy, Head of HR Regional Airports and Cargo UK reflected upon her experience of the course saying, “It gave me the confidence to be more intentional in focusing my professional and personal development. For us to grow, it highlighted the need to reflect, recognise and learn from the milestones in the journey already taken and drive the opportunities you want to take”.

Another graduate of the course was Maria Hussain, Lead Employer Branding and Communications at Menzies-RAS. Recalling her experience Maria said, “Despite coming from different cultures and having unique experiences, one thing united us: the challenges we face and the skills we strive to build. That shared understanding made every moment relatable and inspiring”.
